BOOKING AND CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS 2024

Reception for the campsite pitches and accommodation units from 15.00 to 20.00
Departure for the accommodation units from 7.00 to 9.00
Departure for the campsite pitches from 7.00 to 12.00
Reservation must be made directly by the Guest who will occupy the accommodation or pitch; the number of people and their names must be indicated. The reservation becomes binding once a deposit for an amount established by the management has been paid and written booking confirmation has been sent. The reservation may not be transferred to a third party without the authorization of Italy Camping Village.
Subsequent requests for changes, such as extending or reducing the period of stay, formally lead to the cancellation of the original booking and the consequent application of the withdrawal conditions. If the new period is available, a new reservation will be made.
The full amount, for the entire reserved period (lodging unit or pitch + number of persons booked), must be paid, even in the event of late arrival or early departure.
If the reserved accommodation or pitch is not occupied within 1 day of the expected arrival date, Italy Camping Village reserves the right to give it to another guest.
Guests are responsible for any damage to the accommodation and furnishings caused by carelessness.
Lodgings can be occupied only by as many people (adults or children) as there are beds provided.
All camp-owned accommodations are equipped with the necessary kitchen utensils, blankets and pillows. Sheets, pillowcases and towels must be brought by customer; sheets and pillowcases can also be rented.
Pitches can be occupied only by 6 people (adults or children) as maximum.

We would like to inform you that due to the large and general request for preferences it is not always possible to satisfy the wishes of all Guests. We also remind you that the satisfaction of said preferences is not binding to the booking confirmation.
The number of the assigned accomodation unit or pitch will be communicated on check-in and changing (including during your stay) is only possible if authorised by the management.
Italy Camping Village reserves the right to change the initially assigned accommodation or pitch number at any time it deems necessary, even after the deposit has been paid and confirmation has been sent.

PAYMENT
You are welcome to settle your bill on any day you wish, preferably at least one day before departure at the cash office. Time: 8 am – 12 / 4 pm – 7pm
Payment can be made in cash (the amount admissible by law) or by CartaSi, MasterCard, Eurocard and VISA.

WITHDRAWAL AND BOOKING CANCELLATION
Guests must provide written notification of their intention to cancel their booking, making reference to the booking confirmation received.

Cancellation requests must be sent by the person in whose name the booking was made (or, should said person be unable to do so, by a duly authorised person). Guests who cancel their booking are entitled to a refund of their deposit, under the following conditions. If Italy Camping Village receives written notification of cancellation via e-mail or via any means able to guarantee receipt, at least 30 (thirty) days prior to the arrival date indicated in the booking confirmation, then it shall reimburse the Guest for all amounts paid up until that moment in time, minus Euro 100,00 (one hundred/00) which is withheld as a penalty fee. Guests who send Italy Camping Village written notification of cancellation between the 29^th day and 15^th day prior to the arrival date indicated in the booking confirmation will instead be charged a penalty equal to 50% of the deposit paid, with a minimum charge of Euro 100.00 (one hundred/00). Guests who send Italy Camping Village written notification of cancellation in the 14 (fourteen) days prior to the arrival date indicated in the booking confirmation will not be entitled to any refund, Italy Camping Village will withhold all of the deposit paid, as a penalty fee.

In the event of a no-show, if no cancellation request has been received, Italy Camping Village reserves the right to charge the Guest for the full amount of their stay, in addition to retaining the deposit paid, as a penalty.

INSURANCE

Italy Camping Village recommends Guests taking out an insurance policy beforehand, covering cases of withdrawal, equipment and camping risks as well, with an insurance company of their choice.

Management will not be held liable for theft, accidents or damage to property or persons, nor will it be held liable for damage caused by thunderstorms, hail, falling trees, branches or pine cones, illness, including that of plants, epidemics, fire, acts of God, etc.

In the case of any discrepancies, the Italian version available on the website www.campingitaly.it shall prevail

Confirmation of the booking implies acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions, Italy Camping Village’s internal rules too.
