CAMPSITE AND PITCHES GUESTS:
Arrivals from 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM and from 3:00 PM until dusk.
Departures 7:00 AM – 12:00 AM and 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
For afternoon departures, payment is required for another night.
In high season minimum stay 1 week.
Daily guests are authorised to remain in camping-area until 10 p.m.
Payment: We recommend that the account be settled the day prior to departure at the Cashier’s office.
All Italy Camping Village passes must be presented at the time of payment.
Office and Cashier’s hours: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM / 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM.

CAMPSITE RESIDENTIAL UNIT GUESTS
Arrivals from 3:00 PM until dusk.
Departures from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM.
Payment: We recommend that the account be settled the day prior to departure at the Cashier’s office.
All Italy Camping Village passes must be presented at the time of payment.
Office and Cashier’s hours: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM / 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
In mid and high season, the residential units are rented for full weeks only, from Saturday to Saturday (ItalyVillas from Friday to Friday too). In low season for a minimum of two nights and can be occupied by as many people (adults or children) as there are beds.
The daily rate includes the price for the residential unit, as well as parking for one vehicle, and the fee for the people based on the number of occupants. Accessories of campsite accommodations: The accommodations are equipped with pots and pans, dishes and blankets. Guests must provide their own sheets, pillowcases and towels.

RESERVATION CONDITIONS
For the campground residential units and pitches
Reservations must be made directly by the Guests who will occupy the accommodation and will become binding only once a deposit set by the Management is paid and written confirmation is sent. We reserve the right to change the number of the accommodation or of the pitch assigned at any time we see fit, even once the deposit and confirmation have been sent.
The reservation may not be transferred to a third party without the authorisation of Italy Camping Village.
Subsequent requests for changes such as extensions or shortening of the stay, will result in the original reservation being cancelled. A new reservation will be made only if the new period is available.
The full amount, for the entire reserved period (housing unit or pitch + number of persons booked), must be paid, even in the event of late arrival or early departure.
If the reserved accommodations or campsite are not occupied within 2 days of the expected arrival date, Italy Camping Village reserves the right to rent it to another client.
The Guest is responsible for any damage to the accommodations and its furnishings caused by carelessness.

Cancellation
The guest has the right to the refund of the deposit paid, exclusively when written communication is given to Italy Camping Village either via fax, letter or email, at least 30 days before the date or arrival indicated on the booking. Even so, Italy Camping Village has the right to keep the sum of Euro 50,00 to cover cancellation costs.
Guests who cancel their booking and send their cancellation to Italy Camping Village between 29 days to 15 days before the date of arrival stated on their booking have the right to 50% of their deposit paid. The remaining 50% with a minimum of € 100,00 will be kept by Italy Camping Village as penality.
Guests who cancel their booking and send their cancellation to Italy Camping Village les than 14 days before the arrival stated on their booking, or Guests who do not show up, will have no right whatsoever to a reimbursement and Italy Camping Village will keep the deposit paid as penalty.

We advise you to take out an insurance beforehand in case you have to cancel, with a company of your own choice.

Confirmation of the booking means acceptance on the General Terms and Conditions.

INSURANCE
Management will not be held liable for theft, accidents or damage to property or persons, nor will it be held liable for damage caused by thunderstorms, hail, falling trees, branches or pine cones, illness, including that of plants, epidemics, fire, acts of God, etc.
Guests are advised to take out insurance covering both their equipment and campsite risks.

Italy Camping Village’s internal rules are an integral part of these General Terms and Conditions.

CAMPING RULES

  1. On arrival each camper must hand over to the reception office an official identification document for campsite and police registration.
  2. The camper must check the registration and notify immediately any mistake or variation.
  3. The pitch can be chosen by the camper keeping in mind the indications of the personnel  and be changed only with permission.
  4. All kinds of vehicles, particularly motorized ones, can be used only  for  moving  to  and  from  the campsite during the permitted Drivers must keep  a  very moderate  speed  (10  km/h)  and  respect the various signs within the campsite.
  5. Campers must respect other people’s peace at all During the siesta time (from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.) the use of vehicles, televisions, radios and other sources of noise, are not allowed.
  6. It is forbidden to:
  • dispose of waste, other than in the provided containers;
  • wash at the taps in the field;
  • light fires in the campsite as well as on the beach;
  • dig holes or canals in the ground;
  • erect fencing or ropes at shoulder level.
  1. Minors are accepted only if accompanied by their parents.
  2. Adults are directly responsible for the behavior of their  children  at  all    At  no  time  must children’s noisiness, habits or liveliness cause disturbance to other campers. Children must always be accompanied by an adult to the toilet and washing facilities by a grown-up person.
  3. No responsibility is accepted by the management for lost or stolen objects or for damage to persons or property not due to direct negligence of the camp staff, nor for damage caused by bad weather or circumstances beyond our control.
  4. Campers are expected to comply with any warning or other advice given by the camp staff in particular situations.
  5. Visitors of our guests may not enter the camping area without regular permission of the management. At their acceptance they will have to hand over their identity-documents and they will have to pay a day rate.
  6. Dogs and other pets into all the campsite are not admitted.
  7. The circulation on bikes after 9 m. is not allowed to children.
  8. Due to the new normatives regarding safety  and  environmental  awareness,  it  is  not  permitted  to use wood or coal barbécues on the Campsite. We ask you please to use the provided area at the north- east part of the site.

The present campsite regulations are distributed on arrival and displayed at the office. Entering the
campsite means complete acceptance of them.
The management reserves the right to turn away anyone who is considered to be in conflict with the
harmony and safety of the camp-site.
